how much longer will it take? ask those question to my principal. starts at end of Des. 07, 4 proposal of new places, breaking up the company rules and agreement, anger by the land lords, and unconditionally situation have been through. Today the principles has made up their mind and say 2 simple words,”Ok, proceed!”. Just as simple as that. they don’t know the pain we’ve been through. Shit!
The good thing is that I actually can go back to the work with new motivation (i’m the only salesperson here until my manager decide a new recruitment), with a litle bit hard ass..haha
Stagnan

Hmm..sudah bulan july dan penjualan masih dalam kondosi stagnan. awal bulan dan sudah terjadi pemecatan. Problemnya agak sensitif juga sih..
Masalah dasarnya adalah pimpinan ga percaya aja ma cara kerja rekan. Seringnya terjadi simpang siur berita yang disampaikan dengan kenyataan di lapangan membuat manajemen tidak ragu mengambil keputusan. Ga ada masalah yang sifatnya pribadi, hanya (katanya) cara kerjanya aja yang berbeda. Padahal, seharusnya perbedaan membuat warna, tapi dalam kerja-sama tim warna yang diperlukan cuma satu. Mungkin ini pula yang mendasari sistem demokrasi kita masih menggunakan sekma voting dalam pengambilan keputusan.
